SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Downtown and Motionflexx will be running training programs throughout the year. We are excited to be running these programs out of Bofit here in Downtown London during the winter months. All summer programs will be run outdoors at various locations. We have great coaches who will be putting players through workouts during the evenings during the week and day time training on weekends.
Fall/Winter Week Night -training will be 60mins long and consist of 4-6 players working on skill development – Shooting, Passing, Footwork and Finishing.
Fall/Winter Weekend – Training will be 90mins long and consist of 6 players working on skill development – Shooting, Passing, Footwork and Finishing for 30mins and 30mins of Fitness Training S.A.C.S – Speed, Agility, Conditioning and Strength.
Summer 2022- Training will be 120mins long twice a week and consist of players working on skill development – Shooting, Passing, Footwork and Finishing and Fitness Training S.A.C.S – Speed, Agility, Conditioning and Strength.
This summer’s program will be a 8 week training program, this will allow players to maintain and focus on their development through out the summer leading into any try out opportunities in the fall.
Please Bring: Mask(optional), Ball, Water Bottle, Small Towel, Yoga Mat, Tennis Ball and Skipping Rope to all training sessions. These will not be used each week but can be used at any session.
This Summer Downtown has partnered with Ramblers Basketball for Registration to Summer Training. Registration will take place on their website. Link will be posted when registration opens.

This program is designed for an individual who is wanting to work 1 on 1 with a coach on specific parts to their game.
